Valerie Mae Dodd

Valerie was an exceedingly bright and funny two-year-old, who adored every dog she ever met. Her favorite activities were playing outside, flying kites, and she already showed a keen interest in fashion at her young age- she enjoyed shopping for new outfits. Valerie was a big fan of Spider-Man and Paw Patrol. She found comfort in soft blankets and loved Mr. Bunny and Mr. Bear.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Lydia McCombs; her father, Kyler Dodd; grandmother, Rebecca McCombs; grandfather, William Dodd (Debora); grandmother, Melinda Graham (Jeremiah); great-grandparents, Tommie and Charles Hampton; her aunts, London Henley, Lillian McCombs, Leniyah McCombs, Laiken Graham, Maddison Graham, Caitlyn Frizzell, and Allyn Dodd and her uncles, Austin Cook and Mikel Brooks (Korina). Valerie was lovingly welcomed into eternity by her uncle, Jacob Dodd.

Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, April 23 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood.

Valerie Mae will be deeply missed and forever loved.
