Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandfather and Friend

Allan Joseph ”Al” Bisenius was born April 29, 1930 in Mt. Angel, Oregon. He passed away peacefully on December 1, 2019 at age 89.

Al is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Dorene F. Bisenius, three daughters, Theresa (Don) Fraly, Karen (Bill) Stone, and Jennifer Lee, four grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters. Al was preceded in death by his parents, Isadore and Rita Bisenius, son Gregory and his five older brothers, Bob, Matt, Dick, Jack and Jim.

When Al was young his family moved to Portland where he was raised and attended Central Catholic and Washington High School. After high school, Al served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. In 1972 the family moved to the Sandy area where Al served as a volunteer for the Sandy Fire Department. He enjoyed time with his family, annual camping and fishing trips, and any race events involving cars or motorcycles.
