Amy Terice McCoy

Amy Terice McCoy, . born August 10, 1968 in Pendleton Oregon. Passed away January 23, 2026 at age 57. She will always be remembered for her warm spirit, love of family, and her smile that radiated joy to those around her.

Amy made her home in Gresham Oregon, where she loved spending time in her backyard. Roses and sunflowers—her favorites—bloomed under her care and reflected the beauty and brightness she shared with others. She cherished quiet moments outdoors tending her garden, as well as the laughter and togetherness of family and friends

Amy had a special gift for connecting with people. Through her retail work selling online and in person, she loved meeting new people, sharing stories, and making others feel welcome. Her friendly personality and kind heart left a lasting impression on many.

She loved decorating for the holidays and creating warm, festive spaces where family and friends could come together. Whether it was a holiday celebration or a simple afternoon visit, she treasured the time spent with those she loved.

Amy is survived by her wife, AJ Holm, Her daughters, Stephanie Morgan and Samantha Kast (Anthony), grandson Kasen. Mother, Beverlie Rice; Brother, James McCoy; Sisters, Jennifer McCoy Swartz and Cindy McCoy.

Amy will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Her kindness, laughter, and love for life will forever remain in our hearts.
