Areena Devi Kumar

Areena Devi Kumar was born on December 18, 1962 in Sacramento, California and passed away in Clackamas, Oregon on December 11, 2022.

Areena grew up in Livermore, California but has also lived in Arizona and Oregon throughout her life. She loved the warmth of the desert sun and the coastal Oregon beaches. She worked in the food distribution industry for most of her career and loved it.

Areena loved spending time with her family, playing in the sand, picnics, sewing/quilting, and enjoying a good glass of wine when the occasion arose. Areena went to Granada High School in Livermore, California.

Areena was preceded in life by her father, Krishna. Survived by her mother, Sat Wati, sisters, Gina and Anel, daughter, Ginelle and grandson Noah.

Her service will be Monday, 12/19 at 10am at Sacramento Memorial Lawn in Sacramento, California.
