Betty graduated from Franklin High School. On June 10, 1949 she married Arthur Bellamy in Vancouver, Washington. Arthur passed away on October 13, 2006.
Betty enjoyed knitting, crocheting, rose gardening and camping. She was a big fan of the Portland Trailblazer Basketball Team.
Memorial service will be on Monday, January 18, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon. Private burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
Betty is survived by her son Daniel and his wife Vickie Bellamy, Damascus, OR., her three grandchildren; Jonathan (Elena) Bellamy, Damascus, OR, Joseph (Tara) Bellamy, Gresham, OR. and Heather (Daniel) Pritchard, Gresham, OR., and his 3 great-grandchildren, Andie Lynn, Macie Liegh and Andrew Everett and her nephew Ben (Ellena) Stark, who lives in California.
Memorial contributions may be given either to the American Cancer Society or to Sno Cap.
