Billy Joe Hoppis, age 86 died on April 23rd, 2018 with his family by his side. He was born on April 8th, 1932 in Cathy, Oklahoma to Fred and Mary Hoppis.
Billy is survived by his wife Helen Fay Hoppis, his daughters Judie Fay and Mary Kay and son Bill Lee. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
He worked as a heavy construction engineer for over 44 years. He was an avid outdoorsman.
Viewing will be on Thursday, April 26th from 2-5pm and on Friday, April 27th from 9am-5pm and on Saturday, April 28th from 8am-9am at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.
Graveside service will be on Saturday, April 28th at 10am at Forrester Cemetery in Estacada, Oregon.
Memorial Service will be on Sunday, April 29th, at 1pm at Metro Church of Christ, 1525NW Division St. in Gresham, Oregon.
