Carmella was a good friend. We had a lot of telephone conversations that usually started with "Have you seen the mail truck go by yet?" and went on from there. Once I asked her if driving made her nervous and she said "No, I tell God to do the driving." Such good advice! Now I do the same. I will miss her.

Carmelia was a good friend of my mother and our neighbor for many years. I used to run into her often when I was doing my weekly grocery shopping on Saturday at Fred Meyers. She was always so friendly and asked how I was doing. I found her amazing since she drove and did her own shopping though she was in her 90's. I miss seeing her each week. I am so sorry for her family's loss.

Mona, when I visited my wife Arliss at Pacifica I often saw Comella. Sometimes she was funny and sometimes she was serious. I always admired her
