Carrie was born in Gresham, Oregon to Rick and Pauletta Shaver. She was raised in Oregon, and graduated from Gresham High School in 1992. She then attended Mt. Hood Community College where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in 1994.
Carrie was a prankster, who always made people laugh. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and enjoying the river with her dad. She loved to spend time with friends, dancing and listening to music. She was always there when you needed her.
Carrie will be deeply missed by her son, Bryce Louis Stehlik of Portland; father Rick Shaver of Gresham, mother Pauletta Shaver of Portland, brother Jeremy Shaver of Troutdale, and uncle Timothy Laws of Portland. Arrangements are under the care of Bateman Carroll Funeral Home.
