David John De Bruin, 68 of Gresham OR, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023. He was born on June 26, 1955 in Mazomanie, Wisconsin to Henry and Shirley De Bruin. David was a former member of East Hill Foursquare Church in Gresham and enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting. Some of his favorite trips as a child were to Canada visiting Grandparents and fishing in the Lakes.
David is survived by his sister Deborah De Bruin-Willhite, his nephew Chad, niece Bree and several great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of David’s Life will be at 1:00pm on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Corbett Community Church, 34309 NE Mershon Road, Corbett OR 97019. Arrangements entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
