Emma Charlotte Chartier, 99, of Gresham, passed away March 29, 2016. She was born in Denton, Montana on June 19, 1916. Charlotte was raised with 8 siblings on their family farm. Charlotte married Leif and together they raised 3 children. He passed in 1969. Charlotte later married Clarence Chartier in the late 1970s and they shared over 35 years together. Charlotte was devoted to her faith and family. She enjoyed arts & crafts, cooking & she was known for always making others feel loved and welcome. She was preceded in death by her first husband Leif parents and 8 siblings. She is survived by her husband, Clarence; children, Barbara (Ron); Gary (Joy); Michael (Lydia); 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. Charlotte will be laid to rest in Lincoln Memorial Park.
