James Francis Hoopes, JR., 57 of Portland OR, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013. He was born on April 14, 1955 in Payson, Utah to James Francis Hoopes, SR. and Carol Ella (Davis).
James is survived by his mother Carol Peay of Portland OR; son George Hoopes of Gresham OR; sisters Monica Peay of Portland OR and Hillary Provstgaard of Hubbard OR and brothers Clifford Peterson of Scio OR, Kevin Hoopes of Roseburg OR and Gilbert Peay of Nephi UT.
No Services will be held at his request. Arrangements entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
