Lacey Marie Lincoln, 45, was born on February 14, 1981, at Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon, and passed away on August 20, 2026. Raised in Troutdale, Oregon, Lacey’s early years were shaped by the steady presence and care of her parents, Tom & Pattie Lincoln, and by the community that remained close to her throughout her life. She attended Sweetbriar Elementary, Reynolds Middle School, Reynolds High School, and Mt. Hood Community College.
Although Lacey was unemployed, she had many employment opportunities in administrative support, data entry, customer service, and retail.
Lacey’s life was also marked by places of beauty and meaning, including beautiful Wahkeena Falls in the Columbia River Gorge and the Historic Hood River Hotel located in the heart of downtown Hood River, Oregon where she was married. A setting that reflected her appreciation for memorable surroundings and shared moments.
Those who knew Lacey remember a woman with a lively presence and unmistakable personal style. She loved to dress up and go dancing, and she expressed her creativity through accessories—especially her handmade jewelry, which she wore with confidence and gifted generously to friends. Beyond beading, she also enjoyed cross stitch and was very good at it, bringing patience and care to the details that others might overlook.
Lacey was observant and resourceful, with the kind of sharp instincts and clear-eyed judgment that made her a natural problem solver. She met life with a readiness to figure things out, and with a resilience that left a lasting impression on those who depended on her.
Above all, Lacey loved her family and she loved her friends. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, sense of style and fashion, and her love of bats—small signatures of a life lived with warmth, individuality, and sincere affection.
Lacey is survived by her mother, Pattie Lincoln of Troutdale Oregon; Father, Tom Lincoln of Gresham, Oregon; Brother, Gregg Lincoln of Gresham, Oregon; Brother, Gary Lincoln of Vancouver, Washington (Shobhna wife); and 2 nephews. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Memorial celebration will be held at East County Pickleball Courts located at 27100 SE Stark Street, Troutdale, Oregon on Friday, October 30, 2026 from 1pm-3pm (as close to Halloween as possible).
