Laura Jean Fleischmann

Laura Fleischmann 9/15/57 to 1/22/23 Laura Fleischmann, 65, passed away on January 22nd, after a life-long battle with MS. She was born on September 15, 1957, the daughter of William and Jacqueline Beseau. She was also a sister to eight siblings. In 1975, she met the love of her life, Joe, and they wed in 1977. When Laura had her first child, Joe Jr., in 1978, she dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Her second child, Jen, was born in 1980. She is survived by her husband, two children, and four grandchildren. Laura valued family, friendship, and togetherness in her life and had very little interest in status, wealth, or material things. She simply loved being with and around people. It is what she treasured most. Her loving nature, kindness, and friendship will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations can be made to the National MS Society or to Medical Missionaries of Mary. There will be a celebration of life on Sunday, February 19th, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Migration Brewing (18188 NE Wilkes Rd, Portland, OR 97230). Friends and family of Laura are welcome to join us for some food, drinks, and conversation.
