

She grew up in Portland and attended Holy Child Catholic School and then graduated from St. Mary’s Academy High School in 1954.
Mary had a long career at The Boeing Company of Portland beginning in 1973 and retiring in 2010 and was even one of the first three women to be hired on at the major aerospace company. Mary moonlighted at the Pink Feather Restaurant for over 30 years in addition to her long tenure at The Boeing Company of Portland.
Mary was a lover of the sun and enjoyed traveling to Maui. Mary also loved to gamble and her favorite places to do so were Reno, Nevada and Lincoln City.
Mary was affectionately known by family and friends to be quite feisty, ornery and very opinionated. On the flip side she was also very generous with those that she loved.
Mary is survived by her brothers Louis (Beverly) and Jack (Florence) Siri, her sisters Angelia Lee, Kathy (Terry) Loerke and Theresa Siri, her daughter Jennifer Siri and grandson Tanner Siri-Dragowsky.
Mary is preceded in death by her brothers Bill and Alfred (Pauline) Siri, her sister Charlotte Davis and her son Jeffrey Matheisen.
A Celebration of Life will be at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 11:00am with a reception following at Kathy and Terry Loerke’s home.
