Mary worked in California during World War II as a welder.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Emmit Smith. Mary is survived by her two sons, Roy (and his wife Mae) E. McCormick, Sandy, OR., David (and his wife Patricia) Wayne McCormick, Loveland, Colorado, daughter, Connie (and her husband Robert) J. Wink, Ridgefield, WA., 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and her 12 great-great grandchildren.
No services are scheduled. Private interment is at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Gresham, Oregon.
