She was married to Otto Albert Williams on March 13, 1942 and they resided in Grand Island, Nebraska. They were married 28 years up to his death in 1970.
Minnie had a deep appreciation for the bible. Minnie worked as an egg candler at Twin Rivers, during WW II she served as a driver to staff at the airbase in Grand Island and retired as a nurses aid from the Nebraska Veterans home. She loved gardening, cowboy movies and Husker football.
Preceding her in death were her siblings Babe Baker, Leonard Baker, Genevieve Ford, Willard Baker, Tom Baker, June Locke and Johnny Baker. She was survived by her two children Elizabeth McHargue of Boise, Idaho and Leonard Williams of Gresham, Oregon. Also surviving are her 5 grandchildren Symeon Williams, Havilah Fischer, Keturah Romer, Rutheah Rodehorst and Tabitha Williams and 13 great-grandchildren.
