A graveside service will be on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
Patricia is survived by her son Bill and his wife Melilnda Coleman, three grandchildren: Robert Coleman, Caleb and his wife Kalle Coleman and Caley Coleman, and four great grandchildren; Kayla, Caden, Conner and Kylie. Donations may be given to either the Alzheimers Association or to Housecall Providence Hospice.
