Patricia J. Zorn Sorensen

Patricia grew up in Berea, Ohio and when she was a young girl moved to Oregon City with her parents and grandmother, then to Portland where she graduated from Jefferson High School. Then she moved to Gresham where she has resided ever since. She was German Club President when she attended Alden High School in Oregon City. Patricia was a Gideon Auxillary member. Patricia was a secretary for the Walker Real Estate Office in Gresham.

Patricia first attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Gresham, then the Rose of Sharon Lutheran Church in Portland, and finally has been a member of the River Hills Community Church in Gresham.

Patricia is survived by her six children, Joel, Danielle, Adrienne, James, Mary and Sandra, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel S. Sorensen, parents Joseph and Amelia Zorn, a son, Stephen, and one great grandchild.

Private burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.

Viewing will be on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.
