Robert graduated from Cleveland High School. He served his country in the US Navy. He enjoyed reading and cooking. Robert enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include his son, Dave Carmen, Portland, OR., daughter, Vicki Force, Oceanside, CA., son Ralph McCall, Gresham, OR., son, Frank Carmen, Portland, OR., brother, George Savage, Portland, OR., sister Karen Savage, Oklahoma, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Robert was a loving dad, who helped take care of his son Frank.
