Ronda Louise Powers

From 02/03/1972 to 03/16/2025.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ronda, who left us on March 16th at 53 years old. She was devoted to living her life the way she wanted and her kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Born on February 3rd, 1972 in LaGrande, Oregon, Ronda lived a life filled with love, resilience, and a fascinating outlook on life . She was known for her hard headedness, her ability to bridge the gaps between families, and her stubborn will that forever remains unmatched. The ones she worked with describe her as hard working, unwavering in her ability to illicit a smile, overly respectful, and always helpful. Her warmth and generosity left an indelible mark on those around her.

She is survived by her husband Eric Powers, her mother Clara Bracken, and her children Christa Augur, Justin Powers, Austin Powers, as well as a host of extended family and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

A service to honor and celebrate Ronda’s life will be held on April 5th, 2025. A viewing will be made available at 11am - 1pm and a traditional funeral service will follow at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home.

Though she may no longer be with us in person, her love, wisdom, and unruly spirit will remain in our hearts forever. We take comfort in knowing that her legacy of hope will continue to inspire us all and she will remain a beacon of light in this slightly darker world we walk now.
