Shelley Lorraine Rouse

Sept 11, 1952 - Sept 13,2017

Shelley passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 40 yrs, David Rouse, sons Eric, Conor, & Cameron, daughters Lindsay & Amanda & six grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters, Debra & Janice, as well as numerous nieces & nephews.

Shelley was born in Portland OR and graduated from Cleveland HS. She raised her family for the last 40 yrs in Damascus OR, where she volunteered in the local schools and participated in 4H when the children raised sheep. Shelley's passion was her children, grandkids, family and friends. She loved decorating and cherished the holidays, as well as boating in Pine Hollow at the family vacation home. She also had a love of travel, especially SE Asia where she accompanied her husband on business trips.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm, Friday, Sept 22nd at Good Shepard Church in Boring. Internment will take place 2pm, Sunday Sept 24th at Lone Pine cemetery in Wamic,OR.
