Susan was born in Portland Oregon on October 29th, 1951, to Ed and Margery Nelson. Susan is survived by her daughter Lynnea, son Mike and his wife Michelle, grandchildren Mikey and Dani, and great-grandchildren Adi and Bella. Susan was the third oldest of five children, and is survived by her brothers Pat, Ed, Jeff and sister Judy.
Susan was a nurse for Mt. Hood Medical Center before moving on to the Veterans Hospital where she worked in the emergency room for over 30 years before retiring in 2017. Susan loved to read, garden, craft, collect crystals, travel and spend time with her family.
