Tasha Contreras

Natasha Nichole “Tasha” Contreras, 39 of Troutdale OR, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017. She was born on July 6, 1978 in Portland, Oregon to Dwain and Robyn Munyan. She graduated from Reynolds High School in 1997 and worked for 16 years at US Bank. Tasha loved singing and was a member of the Gresham Community Choir; and enjoyed the outdoors, which included camping and trips to Oregon and Washington parks.

Tasha is survived by her fiancé Filly Sanchez of Gresham OR; daughter Cianna Contreras of Troutdale OR; son Isaiah Contreras of Troutdale OR; father Dwain Munyan of Troutdale OR; sister Shelli Munyan of Acton MA; aunt and uncle Debbi and Gary Jensen of Troutdale OR and her beloved dog “Molly”. Her mother Robyn Munyan preceded Tasha in death in May of this year.

A Celebration of Tasha’s life will be at 11:00am on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Faith United Methodist Church, 27400 SE Stark in Troutdale, Oregon. Donations in memory of Tasha may be contributions to the music program at Faith United Methodist Church. Arrangements entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
