Thomas Richard Carley, Sr. passed away on March 8, 2015 in Portland, Oregon. Thomas was born on December 14, 1945, to his parents; Ralph and Frances (Traylor) Carley, in Eugene, Oregon. Thomas grew up in the Bay area, and he graduated from Half Moon Bay High School in 1963. In that same year, Thomas married Barbara Kessel, and they raised a loving family together.
Thomas loved his family above all; he will be remembered for always making sure his family was provided for, and being a wonderful husband to Barbara. Thomas also enjoyed camping with his family, as well as motorcycles and boats.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; Ralph and Frances Carley.
Thomas is survived by his wife; Barbara Carley; children; Thomas Carley Jr., Becky Danner, and Cinnamon Carley; grandchildren Jessica Danner, Christy Danner, Cayenne Flores-Carley, Tristan Flores-Carley, and Michael Flores-Carley; great-grandchildren; Jasper Robbins and Aiden Robbins; as well as brother-in-law’s; Al Kessel and Don Kessel; and sister-in-law’s; Dorothy Kaynor and Cheryl Birdsong. He will be missed.
