Virginia Rose Lee Holmes Larson

Virginia graduated from Scappoose High School in 1960. She was one of the co-founders of Deaf/Blind People of Oregon. Virginia enjoyed crafts and sewing and taught craft classes to blind people.

Virginia is survived by her daughter, Dara Birkland, Portland, OR., son, Daryl Larson, Portland, OR., and daughter Debra Larson, Portland, OR., her three sisters, Linda McElroy, Portland, OR, Glenda Niska, Fairview, OR., and Tanna Click, Portland, OR., brother, Adrian Click, Vancouver, WA, three grandchildren, Tara Preeo, Karie Clark and Christopher Birkland, nine great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 18th from 9am-1 pm at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, OR.

Graveside service will be on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 3 pm at Scappoose Fairview Cemetery.

Memorial service will be on Friday July 18, 2014 at 4:30 at Ixtapa Mexican Restaurant in Scappoose, 33452 Havlik Dr 97056 (ixtaparestaurante.com)
