Wayne O. Fox died on December 13, 2015 in Portland, Oregon at the age of 80. He was born on March 21, 1935 in Post, Oregon.

He was a member of the Oregon National Guard. Wayne enjoyed fishing and traveling.

He is survived by his two brothers, Bob Fox, Prineville, OR. and Archie Fox also of Prineville, OR. and his sister Ruth Fox, of Estacada, Oregon
