Danny Statham

Mr. Statham was born December 31, 1950. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Mr. Statham was an avid reader, a nature lover, loved working with his hands, loved his family and had a good heart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Joan Hunter Statham and mother, Opal Mae Craft Statham.

Survivors include his father, Alvin Fred Statham of Decatur; sons & daughters-in-law, Jeff & Olivia Davis of Cumming, Dustin & Cindy Statham of Tifton and Nick Statham of Griffin; grandchildren, Alex & Nicolas Davis; sisters & brothers-in-law, Meri Alyce Statham, Nancy & Ronnie Black of Griffin, Tracy & Gary Mosley of McDonough; brothers & sisters-in-law, Donald Statham of Griffin, Steve & Tracy Statham of Mountain Rest, S.C. and Chris & Sarah Statham of Portland, OR. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Danny Statham will be held Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
