Mrs. Evelyn Kendrick Kendrick Parker

Mrs. Parker was born November 21, 1929 in Thomaston, daughter of the late Johnny Kendrick and the late Idella Smith Kendrick. She was of the Penecostal faith. In addition to her parents Mrs. Parker was also preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Ridgeway; son, Jerry R. Parker and brothers, Johnny Kendrick and Donald Kendrick.

Survivors include her husband, J.C. Parker of McDonough; son & daughter-in-law, Terry & June Parker of Griffin; daughter-in-law, Diane Parker of Griffin; brothers, Bobby McCard of Florida and Charles McCard of Griffin; granddaughter, Kathy Worley and her husband, Marty of Ellenwood; grandsons, Casey Parker of Griffin, Keith Parker & his wife, Lauren of Meansville, Scott Parker of Fort Rucker, AL and Andrew Parker of Barnesville and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Kendrick Parker will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Beulah Church Cemetery in Pike County. Friends may visit the family on Friday, April 30, 2010 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
