Mrs. Jeanette McLean McLean Peek

Mrs. Peek was born April 30, 1925 in Griffin. She was the daughter of the late William Allen McLean and Olin Barrow McLean. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph David Peek Sr.; son, Larry Peek; 9 brothers, George, Robert, Oscar, Melvin, Ernest, Charlie, Homer, J.B. and Floyd and 4 sisters, Rilla, Lilla, Cora and Alma.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Joseph David Peek Jr. and Thomas and Linda Peek; grandchildren and their spouses, Kevin and Amy Peek, Tim and Leslie Peek, Wendy and John Roberts, Brian Peek, Christy and Brad Chandler; great- grandchildren, Jacob, Davis, Max, Sarah, Carson, Eric, and Emily; sisters, Sara Coates and Emmie Martin.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jeanette McLean Peek will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
