Mrs. Joyce Helton

Mrs. Helton was born September 6, 1935 in Griffin. She was the daughter of the late Jeff Buchanan and Dale Sprayberry Buchanan. She attended the Griffin Center Point Church (formerly Harvest Temple Church of God).

Survivors include her husband, Fred Helton; daughters and son-in-law, Lynn Hooper, Vickie and Steve Manley, Chris Bridges, and Donnie Yarbrough; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Stacy Cochran, 17 grandchildren, and 3- great- grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Helton will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 3:00 PM from the sanctuary of the Griffin Center Point Church (formerly Harvest Temple Church of God). Pastor Thomas Powell will officiate. Interment will be private. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
