Linnie Hawkins Liles

Mrs. Linnie Hawkins Liles, angel on this earth, was born on November 1, 1941 and was called back to heaven on November 20, 2017 to join her parents: Jewell Hawkins and Broughton Hawkins along with her beloved brother Rade Hawkins.

Even though her place in heaven was reserved long ago, those who remain here are: beloved husband, James Othel Liles, devoted children and spouses, James (Jay) & Kim Liles, Mark (Robin) & Shelley Liles, Terry & Tracy Liles, Adam & Stacey Liles, Leslie Liles. Her legacy remains in the seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Along with remaining siblings, Winnie Miley and Mary Dailey are extended family including nieces, nephews, cousins, sister and brothers-in-law.

Linnie was a member of First Baptist Church of Orchard Hill where she enjoyed the love of so many people.

A celebration of her life and legacy will be on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 2:00 p. m.in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family from 12 – 2 on Saturday.
