Mr. Romano was born February 2, 1942 in Staten Island, N.Y. to the late Daniel Yannelli and the late Edith Nini Yannelli. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved working on cars and spent most of his life in Trenton, N.J.
Survivors include son & daughter-in-law, Dean & Marianne Romano of Hampton; daughter & son-in-law, Susan & Scott Sturdivant of Laurel, MS and grandchildren, Lily and Emily Rose Sturdivant.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Butler will officiate. Friends may visit the family following the service.
