

Pauline McGee Waller, 90, of Griffin, Georgia entered her eternal rest in the hands of God on the 4th of June 2015. Her family was gathered for her final days and took much solace in each other's presence, as she would have wished. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday the 6th of June 2015 at Haisten McCullough Funeral Home, 1155 Everee Inn Road, Griffin, GA 30224. She will be laid to rest graveside at 3:00 PM, with visitation starting at 2:00 PM. Pauline was born on June 24, 1924 in Montgomery, Alabama, daughter of the late Julius and Lutie Mae McGee of Meansville, GA. She attended Georgia Southwestern College in Americus Georgia. During World War II She married Hoyt Waller, her Husband for 68 years, and lived and worked in Seattle, Washington as Hoyt went off to the Pacific to serve in the Navy. During this time she worked at Boeing. Later Pauline worked side-by-side with Hoyt in starting and growing Waller Well Drilling Company of Griffin, GA. A company she was proud to see her sons Donnie and Kenneth take over when she and Hoyt retired. Pauline was a kind and gentle soul who fostered love and sharing within her family, her friends, her work and her community. Her sense of humor was highlighted by the twinkle in her eyes and her beautiful smile. A smile she passed down to her children, who share its generous spirit with their families, friends and communities as well. She is survived by two of her three sons, Donnie (Amy) Waller and Kenneth (Lisa) Waller of Griffin, GA, her daughters Rita (Steve) Worth of Montgomery, AL, Judy (Ronnie) Powers of Jacksonville, FL and Cindy (Randy) Shelton of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren. Kimberly (Bryan) Craven of Montgomery, AL, Alison (David) Green of Birmingham, AL, Miranda Waller of Atlanta, GA, Ron Powers of Griffin, GA, Brooke (Scott) Gammill of Griffin, GA, Blake (Ali) Powers of Jacksonville, FL, Whitney (Tripp) Duke of Jacksonville, FL, Lindsey Waller of Atlanta, GA, and Tye Waller of Griffin, GA. She is preceded in death by her beloved Husband Hoyt Waller, a Son, Randy Waller; a Grandson, Thomas Waller, sister Jean Pickett Parker, all of Griffin, GA. and sister, Sarah Morris of Meansville, GA.Her family is thankful for the kind wishes of all those who knew and loved her.
