Mr. Bailey was born December 4, 1948, son of the late Preston Anderson and Ethel Elizabeth Jenkins Bailey.
Survivors include his daughter & son-in-law, Patricia & Josh Brown; son & daughter-in-law, Thomas Lee, Jr. & Angie Bailey; sisters, Frances Jones, Sandra Whitmyer and Mary Jane Woodall; brothers, Preston Franklin Bailey, Phillip Bailey an Joel Edward Bailey; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A memorial service for Mr. Thomas Lee Bailey, Sr. will be held Friday, October 9, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Gene Turkett will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Friday 1 hour prior to the service time.
