Mr. Waters was born July 1, 1962 in Lawrenceville. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Davis Waters.
Survivors include his wife, Emma Thomas Waters; son & daughter-in-law, Christian & Heather Klein; father, Charles Waters; brothers, Hamilton & William S. Waters; granddaughters, Rylee Klein & Skyler Dillman and his dog, Bandit.
A memorial service for Mr. William Donald Waters will be held Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family 1 hour prior to the service.
