It's never easy to let go of those you love. Many years ago, Dani became part of your family and in turn, you and Betty became part of our's. How blessed we were! Whenever we saw you, there was always a smile on your face and a waiting hug and kiss. You would get a new book and hurry to read it so it could be 'rated' for the rest of us. So many wonderful memories....babies and birthdays, holidays and Halloweens, snowmen and shopping malls. You made it all special. You've left your mark on all our hearts and will never be forgotten. Its losses like this that make me wish i could spend every day with ALL of my family. My Uncle Al will truely be missed in my heart and mind. Aunt Betty , I Love you so.

Papa became part of my life 23 years ago and from the first time I met him he welcomed me with open arms. He taught me that without step children, he would never have me. Very soon we realized how very much we had in common and even though we did not have the same blood running through our veins, I was truly his daughter. We were two peas in a pod. So many good times over the years. So many hats we tried on together, and even though we looked silly, we always wore them together. He was the best Dad in the world and let me know how very much I was loved. Papa, may you rest in peace until we meet again in heaven (you will be the one with the biggest wings and the beer in your hand). I lost a piece of my heart that will never be back and I will love you forever. Mom, we have been through everything togeter. We will continue to travel this road together, side by side and I promise we will see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Al has been a wonderful part of my life, especially when I was a kid growing up. I remember vividly Sunday mornings at the trap range with the Sunday Wonders Gun Club, very occasional get-togethers for cards, board games, swimming, camping at Lake Chemung, and many many parties throughout the decades. Through out the seventeen years I have known my grandfather he has been the best husband, father, grandfather, everything. He did no wrong in my eyes, he had no regrets.
