Betty, my mother-in-law, was such the opposite of the stereo-type mother-in-law. She was warm and very caring, and always there to listen to any problems I would share. And she gave such good advice. She loved people and loved to party. I will always remember her warm smile and her laugh. I know she is in a happy place now and not suffering anymore. I love you mom!

A lovely lady with a zest for life. Her greatest joy was her family, and how proud she was of each one of them.

Always a smile and a nice welcome from Betty. Her manners were an obvious give-away she was raised Australian. We'll miss you Betty.

We will miss you greatly, Grandma Betty. You were always such a good listener, and always genuinely interested in what we had to say- even as young children. You always cared about others, more than yourself. You put on a brave face when you were in pain, never to let on how difficult things were getting. We all love you so much- and I hope that you will watch over us from heaven while enjoying the sunshine up there (and the beach too).

Betty will be greatly missed by her entire family and was a wonderful, classy person.

All of my memories of Grandma Betty are filled with laughter and joy. I remember her always smiling every chance she had and sharing her happiness with others.
