We will never look across the street and feel the same again. Betty was always outside spring,summer, and fall tending her flowers or sitting on the porch with her kids and grandkids. We will miss your smiles, waves and little bits of news. Who is going to keep watch over us now; I think you will forever, you were a loving neighbor.

Betty was one of a kind and simply irreplacable. Always had a good disposition no matter what the circumstances. I am going to miss your wit, your snickering laugh, your bantoring with me at the office. I feel blessed to have known you and will cherish your kindness and friendship always. You will be missed. My sympathies to your husband, children and grandchildren.

Betty was my secretary years ago when I had a busy law office in Warren. She was an absolute wonder. I was constantly amazed at the prodigious amount of work she would turn out. Betty was always pleasant, efficient and had a great sense of humor. I felt a big sense of loss when she left to begin her career as a realtor. My sincere sympathy to her surviving loved ones.

When God calls the soul of a mother home to heaven, he knows it leaves her loved ones here in pieces, with a shattered heart and broken spirit. God recognizes your suffering, he has a tender spot, a special kindness for those that morn. Be patient, ask for peace, and trust and have faith in him: He will guide you through this loss. Although your mom is not here in the physical sense, I believe that her spirit lives on through you, family and friends. So as time passes by keep her spirit alive and with you by remembering her infectious robust laughter, unconditional love, generosity, and general compassion for others. You will one day realize that you have become anew as you learn how to recall special times and even, everday moments, as you carry her love day to day, with you, always. A blessed son I am to have you for a mother. I love you mom.

My mom...she was the light of our family. So much laughter. So much fun. We spoke on the phone 2 - 3 times a day. Usually about nothing important, just the happenings of the day. She was my best friend. The person I went to for everything, whether it be good news, bad news or just great advice. She was the smartest woman I knew. She had patience and tolerance. She wasn't always treated fairly while growing up. Because of that, she made it her mission to treat her kids fairly. She taught me how to be a mom, by showing me love, even when I didn't deserve it. She loved people. She would talk to strangers everyday, whether it was in a grocery line, next table at a restaurant...it didn't matter. Her great love was her grandbabies. Brendan was her 1st and she was a proud grandma! She always called him her hero. She would get on the floor and play like she was a kid herself. Then Adriana came along and they were like 2 peas in a pod. Her baby girl! Loved to buy her pretty things and get pedicures. Then Evie came and her "grandma world" was complete. I will miss her laugh, her smile, her guidance, her wit, her sense of humor, her patriotism, her advice and mostly, her love. Thank you for being the best mother a child could ask for... Mom, please watch over our family. Until we meet again...

So sorry for the loss of a wonderful, generous, joyous woman. i live two houses down from Betty, i will miss the sound of her laughter which was contagious. we were lucky to have her as long as we did and will truly miss her.

Betty had a great laugh and sense of humor. She and Jack would play off each other,she was a hoot. I wish we could be there, she will always be alive in her children and grandkids

Betty was my next door neighbor for a little over 40 years! She was a great friend! We had some wonderful and fun times together! I will miss her wit and humor, her kindness and generosity and most of all her friendship! Things will never be the same without her!
