Just found out that Bob passed away...wow..he was an amamzing guy! I met him at an auction in 1992 and he is such a wonderful man. It was a pleasure doing business with him over a 15yr period. If he didn’t have it he would find it! God Bless you brother

I have done business with Bobby since 1980 when I joined my father's company. Bobby was an honorable gentleman with a kind spirit. It was always a pleasure to do business together with Bobby, Mark, Kenny and the rest of the company members. Bobby will be missed and I am better for having known him. Robert Levy

When we first visited Faith Baptist, Bobby was one of, if not the first person to shake our hand and welcome us. Next thing you know, we were going out to eat with he and Betty, and quickly became good friends. Bobby loved the Lord, and he loved people, and showed it. He truly was the quintessential head usher and greeter. We thank the Lord for our many years of friendship. We love the Hargrove family, and have asked the Lord to comfort their hearts during this time, secure in the knowledge that Bobby is rejoicing with the angels in the presence of his Lord and savior.

Dear Betty, Mike, Mark, Debbie & Family, Our hearts are heavy as we share in your sorry, at the lost of your loving husband, father, and grandfather. We have sorrow, yes, but not as others who have no hope. For the Bible tells us (2 Cor 5:8) that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Immediately! He has seen the Saviour face to face, is having a grand reunion with friends and loved ones, and walking on streets of gold, Praise God! Bobby, was always a very friendly guy who was always smiling. We're thankful for his faithfulness to the Lord, and FBC. He loved being an usher and one day when I told him he was one of the best I've ever known, he immediately informed me that he learned from the very best … Rudy, to which I agreed. May the Lord Bless each of you in your time of sorrow, and cause the sun to shine again in your lives. With Love In Christ, Jack & Janice Selby

My condolences to all the Hargrove Family. I met Bobby at an auction in the Detroit area soon after I started in the machinery business in 1980. We didn’t really do a lot of business together over the years but he was always a kind, generous, patient and useful source of information - and one who never expected anything in return. It was a marvel to stop at his warehouse - ask if he had some particular part or tool - watch him dive into a shelf or skid or something - and see him pop up with it in his hand and a smile of success. He was a tough competitor at the auctions - so it was easier not to fight him during a sale and just buy whatever it was from him afterward - that gave him great joy and marked up a win in that days competition He was the stereotypical machinery dealer of the era - the epitome and embodiment of an industry with a lost past in today’s fast moving internet marketplace. Strong on faith and inspiration and a solid example for those who now follow. Respectfully - Bob Yeoman

I’m sending you and your family my deepest sympathy. I pray the Lord will comfort you at this time .

Please accept our condolences on your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We will miss Bobby. He and Betty have always been friendly to everyone. Whether he was handing out prayer request sheets, assisting seniors with their walkers, or making kids feel special with a couple of tootsie rolls, he always had a smile on his face. A kind, warm, loving smile. I am imagining that he is probably a beautiful addition to God’s welcoming committee.

We love you Mrs. Hargrove. Mr. Hargrove was a large part of mine and my family’s life. It was a highlight when visiting FBC to be greated with a big hug and warm smile. He will be missed, but knowing he is at pease with his Lord and Savior is an amazing comfort.

I had many business transactions with Bobby. I told folks that a handshake from Bobby was better than a contract from others. He will probably be arranging a good deal for the Lord, on machinery to keep heaven running!

Bobby was a great spiritual leader to both of my children; Jon and Sandy. He was a constant at FBC ever since I can remember. Our family loves the Hargrove family and will be eternally grateful for Bobby’s spiritual leadership. Our earthly loss is truly Heaven’s gain.

Bobby was a good man. He loved his family. He will be truly missed.

Judi and I have been friends with Bobby and Betty for 33 years. When we first came to Faith they were kind and welcoming as they are to everyone. I hold Bobby to be a dear brother in Christ and will miss his smiling face and sweet spirit. I'm grateful for his friendship and his love for our Lord. He and my dad are rejoicing together ...a couple of good old boys from the south.

BOBBY, I AM GLAD WE HAD MET AND SHARED MOMENTS IN YOUR LIFE!!! MAY ALL SOULS OF THE FAITHFUL DEPARTED, THRU THE MERCY OF GOD REST IN PEACE...AMEN

Good neighbor and friend, thanks for all the times you shoveled our driveway or let us borrow your rototiller. Your kindness knew no bounds. Thanks for your sincere care for our family. We will miss you and your friendly hellos. We will miss seeing you and Betty walking together in the evening. We know you are happy and in glory, but your absence makes the world a little sadder and emptier. It's a reminder of what heaven's joys will be when there will be no more loss or separation. Until we meet again one day there.

What a tremendous loss, but peace is in our hearts because Uncle Bob is rejoicing today in heaven!

Bobby was a great man. He will be missed.

Bobby touched my heart with his friendship, kindness and faith! We have lost an old time Machininery dealer who had passion for his profession! He will be sorely missed by all who he touched! RIP!

So, so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy and prayers for all. God bless.

We grieved with tears of Sorrow for the loss of our brother and friend but Heaven rejoices as Bobby comes home and gets to see his maker and creator. We are praying that are all Mighty Lord wraps you in his love and grace through this trying time. Job Well Done Bobby !
