I wanted to leave another message today, as today was the day my Baby Bro was laid to rest. This has been the worst week of my life and Not only am I going to miss him, many more will. It brought a lot of comfort to my Mom, myself and the rest of my family to have so many people pay their respects and I read every comment here and on behalf of my Family, I want to Thank You all for your kind words! I will miss you deeply Baby Bro!

One heck of a nice guy. I worked with Carl for a number of years, and never saw him angry. He had the utmost respect for others and I hold the utmost respect for him. My thoughts and prayers to his family.He will be missed so much, But think only of the good that he gave to so many.

My heart aches for the loss your family feels! I have fond memories of growing up around the block from Carl and his family. There was never a time I was without a playmate, with the Evans family, when I was a child! I am so deeply sorry for his passing.

Even though I did not know Carl and had met him just a few days prior it's obvious that this man was something special too many many people! And he is gone way too soon! I pray that his family will find the strength to get through the next few days and only wish there was more that I could do other than just put these words down to take some of that pain away.
