Catherine Grace D'Agostini

Catherine “Cathy” D’Agostini was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She left this world on May 5th, 2022 at the age 76. She was born to Gaspare and Rose Zerilli on January 10th, 1946. After graduating from high school, she met the love of her life, the late Joseph D’Agostini. Together, they had two children: Alan and Vincent. She had a true gift and passion for decorating and gardening. She was a very giving person and could light up a room with her smile. Family was Cathy’s life. Sister to Joe (JoAnn) Zerilli, Virginia (Tom) Zerilli, Diane (Dave) Mallo and Jacqueline (Patrick) Crawley. She would often speak to her sisters multiple times a day….their version of Facebook. She rarely missed a Sunday family dinner at her Son (Alan) and Daughter-in-Law’s (Lydia) house. After all, her grandkids Adriana and Ava were her pride and joy. She took immense pleasure in watching them grow into beautiful young ladies. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 15th from 2:00-8:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack, Grosse Pointe Woods, with a Rosary at 6:30 PM. A funeral service is scheduled on Monday, May 16th. She will lie Instate at St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Church, 157 Lake Shore, Grosse Pointe Farms until the time of her funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
