Catherine G. Delise

Catherine G. Delise, age 93 died peacefully on November 25, 2008 at Sunrise in Grosse Pointe Woods. She is the dear aunt of Caroline Delise, Paul Delise, Connie Steiner, Roselene Thomas, Charlene Pantaleo and the late Connie Cracchiolo and Connie Caruana. She is also survived by 14 grand nieces and nephews, 13 great-grand nieces and nephews and three great-great-grand nieces and nephews. Ms. Delise was a hairdresser in the Birmingham area for over 40 years. She was an artistic woman who enjoyed needlework, painting, reading and computer games. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor. She was a woman ahead of her time relating to women's issues. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier Rd, Grosse Pointe Woods with a 7 pm scripture service. Her body will lie instate at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 23401 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores form 9:30 am Saturday until mass at 10:00. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
