Chris Karamanos passed away peacefully at his home with family by his side on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the age of 84. He was born in Pyrgos Messenias Leuftre, Greece on August 15, 1928; son of John and Eleni (nee Keleporis) Karamanos. Chris lived the American dream. He said this because of his belief in happiness, success, and freedom. Mr. Karamanos never complained. Even with the pain associated with his cancer, his spirit was unwavering due to his strong faith in God. He was an accepting man and made each member of the family feel loved individually. He kept fit by walking for three hours every day. He will truly be missed by everyone that knew him. Mr. Karamanos is survived by his wife panagiota. He will be missed by his loving son John (Stella), and daughters Helen (Ted) Kosturos and Maria (Earl) Doherty.
