Cindy emailed this pic to me in 2012 when she was going to surprise her niece Marion and take her to see Justin Bieber in concert.  So of course she had to dress like Justin Bieber!  I would expect nothing less.  She did mention in that email that If I posted this picture on Facebook she'd hunt me down.

I met Cindy in Newport (way back) when her and her brother Joe moved out here to California and lived on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach.  I would "guess" it was in the late 80's when we first met.   I have so many great memories from back then that I will always cherish.  

We remained friends ever since and I really missed her when she moved out of California (twice)!  Over the years I met both her parents, Brian, Scott and Mary as they would all come out for visits.  

Cindy, you are greatly missed but NEVER forgotten!  

I still have emails from her dating back as far as 2012 when she moved from California to Illinois.  She emailed me this pic in August 2014.  She loved her pets!!!  She joked that Ozzy was prepping for an interview.

Prayers to all family. Cindy was a , kind hearted but  funny ,giving ,caring  hard working soul . We tore up the Balboa peninsula in Newport Beach 🏝 California. We were friends for over 4 decades . No truer honest , had your back ,no questions asked  kind of sister .She was ALWAYS down for an adventure. I’ve been saddened by this loss but happy she is no longer suffering and in a much better place . I hope heaven allows smoking Newports and sipping Jack .. listening to the Jetsons . We had many memories at Red Onion, Woodys wharf and Studio Café “adios mother “ you will forever be in my heart 💜 Godmother to my youngest son Zachary James !And the very BEST Friend /Sister anyone could ever be lucky 🍀 to have in their lifetime… may you soar with angels my dear  sweet friend and be happy , joyous, and FREE. Save me a seat sis.💜💜🎶🎵🏝🌞 🎶🎵💜💜  I will be making  a donation to  the Alzheimer's research fund in her name . 🙏🏻

You fought a good fight Cindy, and we will all miss you.  We know you are at peace now and with Mary & Scott and lots of family & friends.
