JOHNSON, Dawn M. Age 39. April 4, 2010 Beloved mother of Ryan Kennedy and a step-mother of Jay Johnson. Loving daughter of Mary Ann and the late Paul Baril. Dear sister of Diane Stewart and Donna Staton. She will be missed by, her nephews Paul and Nick, her niece Breanna, and her special friend Shorty. Dawn is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, friends and her godparents Noreen and Bill. Funeral Thursday 10: 00 a.m. Instate until time of Mass 10:30 a.m. St. Edmunds Catholic Church 14025 Twelve Mile Rd. Warren. Visitation Wednesday 2-9 p.m. Scripture Service 8:00 p.m. A.H. Peters Funeral Home 32000 Schoenherr and Masonic (13 Mile Rd.) Warren. Dawn enjoyed spending time with her son Ryan. She was his biggest fan. She was very proud of him and she could often be heard cheering him on from the stands. She was a huge sports fan and although disappointing at times she remained a true Lions fan. Dawn was an exceptional Aunt to Paul, Nick and Breanna, always supporting them in whatever they did. Dawn loved her dogs and treated them as if they were people. She was torn up when "Diamond", her boxer, was laid to rest. Most importantly Dawn was a giver. She had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone, especially her family whom she loved the most. Her laughter was like music and we will all miss that about her. We will never forget you Dawn and we will think of you each and every day. What gives us the most comfort is knowing that you are now in heaven with Dad and our Grandparents and they are watching over you. Until we see you again Dawners. We love you.
