Dolores was a talented opera singer who received a scholarship out of high school to attend the Chautauqua School of Music which led to her voice being featured on several radio shows. She proudly worked for the Calco Chemical Company in Mansville, New Jersey; Bendix Aviation in Sidney, New York; the New York State Police Department in Sidney, New York; and spent time working at the Chrysler Missile Plant in Warren, Michigan where she got to meet several U.S. Astronauts.
Beloved wife of the late Bernard "Bud" Burns. Loving mother of Gregory (Kathleen) Burns and Paul (Ann Marie) Burns. Grandmother of Blake Burns and Dustin Burns. Sister of the late Paul Soroka.
A memorial service will be held privately in the future.
