Donald A Frattaroli

Mr. Donald A. Frattaroli, age 87 of Warren, passed away with his family by his side Dec. 3, 2018. He was born on February 5, 1931 in Detroit, the son of Peter and Guilia Frattaroli who immigrated from Bugnara, Italy. Donald was proud of his Italian heritage. Beloved husband of Pattie; loving father of Michael(Lynn), Kathy (Tim) Troia, Tom (Mary), and the late Dan; proud grandfather of David (Lindsay), Christy (Timmy), Ali (Aaron), Breanne, Adam (Jessica), Marielle, Vince,and Michelle (fianc Jaysen), and the late Brad; great-grandfather of Joe, Mia, Josephine, and great-granddaughter on the way. Dear brother of the late Dominic, Mary, and Louis. Donald was a combat veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army, a retired salesman for Superior Coffee, a union steward for the Teamsters, a member of St. Hubert Catholic Church (Harrison Township) and before that a member of St. Raymond Catholic Church (Detroit, MI). He enjoyed yard work, gardening, landscaping, was a devoted Detroit Lions fan, and most of all was proud of his family. The family will receive friends Thurs. 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13 mile) Warren. Instate at St Hubert Catholic Church, 38775 Prentiss, Harrison Twp.Friday, 10:30 A.M. Mass at 11:00 A.M. at the church. Memorials to DAV, Hospice, or American Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
