Douglas H. Arntz, age 81, went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 22, 2013, at home surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. Doug treasured his wife Helen; children Janine and Ernie Rossol, Sue and Howard Summerville, Jon and Cindy Arntz, Dr. Steve and Robin Arntz; 28 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Doug is the son of the late Harold and Jeanne Arntz, loving brother of Peggy Winterhalter, Bobbie Jo Walsh, Pam Burchfield, and the late Norma Arntz. He served faithfully-- his clients at Aetna Insurance Co. for over 30 years, and in key leadership roles at Redeemer Baptist Church in Warren. Visitation is Monday, 2-9pm at A. H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren. Funeral is Tuesday, 11 am (10am viewing) at Cornerstone Baptist, 12 Mile in Roseville. Private burial at White Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Cornerstone Baptist Church Missions.
