Esther "Fran" Tozzi, age 94, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019 A true social butterfly, she loved to meet new people, and visit with her extended family and friends. She was also a wonderful cook, Italian food being her specialty. Her pasta sauce was legendary and though many have tried, it has never been duplicated. Fran is survived by her Grandsons, Gino (Courtney) Tozzi, Jr. and Jonathan Tozzi and Great-grandchildren Dalton and Sydney. She is predeceased by her parents and son Gino Tozzi Sr. (Surviving spouse Melissa) Funeral to be held Friday, October 4, 2019 at 10:00 am at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren. Visitation on Thursday, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior's Project.
