In lieu of flowers contributions appreciated to the Autism Society 4340 East-West Highway, Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814 Mr. Helminski was a nurse anesthetist and a graduate of Creedmore State Hospital Nursing School in Queens, NY, the Lancaster General Hospital Nurse Anesthesia Program and also the University of Detroit. He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from 1946-1948.
